Antes de iniciar a sua carreira cinematográfica, Steal trabalhou como stripper usando uma identidade falsa quando tinha 17 anos. Steal fez o seu primeiro filme em 2001. Desde então, tem aparecido em numerosos filmes e revistas para adultos, como a Hustler. Trabalhou primeiramente para a Pleasure Productions e mais tarde para ClubJeena. Foi a primeira atriz a assinar contrato com ClubJeena - quando o seu contrato expirou, apesar de a companhia o querer renovar, Steal recusou.
